Documented RCRS work in Montgomery
SB America: Emergency TPO Repairs & Roof Moisture Investigation
Following wind-related damage at SB America's Montgomery manufacturing facility, RCRS was dispatched to assess an existing Carlisle TPO roofing system. The service team completed temporary repairs to stabilize damaged membrane areas and reduce the risk of further water intrusion.
The subsequent roof assessment combined drone documentation, infrared thermography, Tramex electronic moisture investigation, physical core verification and digital moisture mapping. These findings supported a recommendation for a more comprehensive roofing solution.
Based on the investigation, the published project record recommends a future replacement using a fully adhered, 60-mil Duro-Last PVC system, with attention to affected roof components, perimeter details, flashings and rooftop equipment curbs. That replacement is described as a proposed solution, not completed installation.
- Emergency stabilization of wind-damaged TPO roofing
- Drone imagery and infrared roof evaluation
- Tramex moisture investigation with physical confirmation
- Documented findings for repair and replacement planning
